Warranty and service
All Electric Blankets and Electric Pads have a 2-year warranty. The service is free during the warranty period. Shipping costs for sending the product to service are at the customer’s expense. Shipping costs when returning the product from service are free for the customer. Before sending a product for service, it is necessary:
- Fill out a service form.
- We will contact you to clarify.
- Pack the product carefully for shipping.
- Products delivered for service that do not meet the warranty conditions will not be repaired.
- In the case of products with an expired warranty, the cost of returning the product is at the customer’s expense.
- The warranty card number must match the serial number on the product.
- The warranty period is 24 months and starts from the date of purchase of the product.
- This warranty is only valid if it is completed in full and legibly at the time of receipt of the goods, contains the seller’s name and seal, the customer’s signature and a receipt is available.
- This warranty is not valid if the rules of use are not followed.
- The guarantee is invalid in case of loss, incorrect completion or forgery.
- The warranty is void when there is an attempt to repair the defect by the buyer or unauthorized persons.
- Damages are eliminated within 30 (thirty) working days.
- The purchaser of this product accepts and is familiar with the above requirements for proper operation and warranty conditions.
- No dealer has the right to change the terms of this warranty for any reason.
