Product return conditions
- Every product bought from us can be returned within 14 days.
- Any product you wish to return must be in the same condition as when delivered. Products with a violation of integrity – those with damaged or incomplete packaging, with signs of wear or excessive use, with scratches, with shock marks or that have been repaired by an unauthorized person – will not be accepted.
- Products not accompanied by all the parts or documents they were delivered with will not be accepted.
- The product is returned in its original packaging, accompanied by intact labels, original warranty and all the documents with which it is delivered.
- The cost of returning the product is at the customer’s expense.
